摘要
考虑聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA)纤维含量、水胶比、砂胶比对工程用水泥基复合材料(Engineered Cementitious Composites,ECC)圆柱体轴心受压性能的影响,设计制作8组不同配合比的ECC圆柱体进行试验,并与砂浆基体试件的试验结果进行对比。探究了在砂浆基体中掺入PVA纤维对其圆柱体轴心受压破坏机制的影响;分析了PVA纤维掺量、水胶比和砂胶比对ECC轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比和抗压韧性的影响规律。基于试验结果,绘制ECC圆柱体试件轴心受压典型应力-应变曲线,对曲线进行分析,并给出ECC圆柱体泊松比的建议取值。
Considering the influences of the content of Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) fiber, water-to-binder ratio and sand-to-binder ratio on the axial compression performance of Engineered Cementitious Composites(ECC) cylinders, 8 groups of ECC cylinders with different mixture proportions are designed and tested, and the test results are compared with the test results of mortar matrix specimens. The influence of the incorporation of PVA fiber on cylinder compression failure mechanism of mortar matrix is explored. The influence rules of the content of PVA fiber, water-to-binder ratio and sand-to-binder ratio on axial compressive strength, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and compressive toughness of ECC are analyzed. Based on the experimental results, the typical stress-strain curves of ECC cylinder specimens under axial compression are derived, and the stress-strain curves were analyzed. The recommended value of Poisson’s ratio of ECC cylinders is given.
