摘要
安全带卷收器作为汽车中一个小的零部件,它产生的异响问题很容易被忽略,随着汽车品质的提升和消费者要求的提高,需要对这类问题进行重视。在进行整车异响测试时,发现多起卷收器异响问题,主要分为两种:关门时和颠簸路面上行驶时产生的异响。主要从卷收器异响产生的源头、影响因素和解决措施等几个方面阐述该类问题的解决方法。
As a small part of the automobile, the abnormal sound caused by the seat belt retractor is easy to be ignored. With the improvement of the quality of the automobile and the consumer requirements, it is necessary to pay attention to this kind of problem. In the process of vehicle abnormal sound test, there are many abnormal sound problems of seat belt retractor. There are two kinds of abnormal sound problems of seat belt retractor: the rattle sound when the door is closed and the problems arising from itself when the vehicle is running on bumpy road. The solution to this problem was described from the source of abnormal sound of the seat belt retractor, influencing factors and solution .
