摘要
目的研究分析超声结合运动疗法在临床中对髌骨软化所具有的治疗效果和影响。方法随机选取2016年10月-2018年8月期间于该中心接受诊疗的48例髌骨软化的运动员开展治疗研究,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组纳入24例。对照组接受超声治疗,研究组在超声治疗基础上结合康复运动训练。对比两组治疗前后膝关节功能评分、症状疼痛程度及治疗效果。结果相较对照组,两组治疗前所得膝关节功能评分[对照组:(65.35±13.84)分;研究组:(66.07±13.59)分]、症状疼痛程度[对照组:(5.15±1.36)分;研究组:(5.08±1.28)分]数据对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.181 8、0.197 5,P=0.856 5、0.844 3>0.05);治疗后,两组膝关节功能及症状疼痛程度评分指标均有改善[对照组(70.25±11.73)分,(3.47±1.29)分;而研究组(84.68±13.85)分;(2.07±1.13)分]改善较为明显(t=3.8949、3.9993,P=0.000 3、0.000 2<0.05);且研究组治疗效果(95.83%)明显较好(χ^2=4.181 2,P=0.040 9<0.05)。结论在髌骨软化临床治疗中应用超声、运动结合疗法,可在有效缓解患者疼痛症状的同时,对其膝关节功能起到提升作用,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of ultrasound combined with exercise therapy on patellar malacia in clinic. Methods A total of 48 athletes with patellar malacia who were treated in our center from October 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received ultrasound treatment, while the study group received rehabilitation exercise training and ultrasound treatment. The knee joint function score, the degree of pain, and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the knee function scores obtained before treatment were in the control group [control group:(65.35±13.84) points;study group:(66.07±13.59) points], symptom pain degree [control group:(5.15±1.36) points] Study group:(5.08±1.28) points] There was no significant difference in data comparison(t=0.181 8, 0.197 5,P=0.856 5, 0.844 3>0.05);after treatment, knee joint function and symptom pain degree The scores were improved [control group(70.25±11.73) points,(3.47±1.29) points;while study group(84.68±13.85) points;(2.07±1.13) points] improved significantly(t=3.894 9, 3.999 3, P=0.000 3, 0.000 2<0.05);and the treatment effect of the study group(95.83%) was significantly better(χ^2=4.181 2, P=0.040 9<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound combined with exercise therapy in the clinical treatment of patellar malacia can effectively relieve the symptom pain level of patients and improve the function of knee joint. It is worthy of popularizing and applying in clinical treatment.
