摘要
目的评价应用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣进行手指皮肤组织缺失修复的疗效及安全性。方法方便选取该院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的66例手指皮肤软组织缺失患者,根据先后入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组33例,对照组应用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复,研究组应用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复,术后随访6个月,比较两组治疗总有效率,手指感觉评分、外形美观评分、关节活动评分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.0%较对照组81.8%高,并发症发生率6.0%较对照组24.2%低,均差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.995,4.242,P<0.05)。研究组手指感觉评分、外形美观评分、关节活动评分分别为(93.68±5.62)分、(96.74±3.54)分、(95.88±3.67)分明显高于对照组(81.50±2.01)分、(83.07±2.94)分、(87.34±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.213、9.641、10.724,P<0.05)。结论应用指背筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指软组织缺失,能够获得较满意的临床疗效,且安全性高。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of finger dorsi-fascial pedicle flaps for the repair of missing finger skin tissue. Methods A total of 66 patients with missing skin and soft tissue from our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were convenient divided into the control group and the study group, according to the order of admission. The control group were repaired with abdominal pedicle flaps, and the study group was treated with flaps of dorsal fasciocutaneous flaps. Follow-up was performed for 6 months. The total effective rate of the two groups, finger sensory score, aesthetic appearance score, joint activity score and complications were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.0%, which was higher than that of the control group(81.8%). And the complication rate was 6.0%, which was lower than that of the control group(24.2%). The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.995,4.242,P<0.05). The finger sensitivity score, appearance aesthetic score and joint activity score of the study group were(93.68±5.62)points,(96.74±3.54)points, and(95.88±3.67)points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group(81.50±2.01)points,(83.07±2.94) points,(87.34±2.05) points. The difference was statistically significant(t=8.213, 9.641, 10.724,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of finger-dorsal fascial pedicle flap for the repair of finger soft tissue loss can obtain good clinical efficacy and safety.
