摘要
发电机工作时会消耗发动机动能,其在整车条件下的发电效率及工作点是基于整车能量流对发电机匹配选型的重要方面。本文提出在转鼓试验台上进行整车条件下的发电机发电效率的阻力矩法和外特性法两种测试方法,给出了对应测试原理,并基于多组试验数据进行对比分析。结果表明:阻力矩法2次测试相对偏差达0.2%,外特性法4次测试相对偏差达2.3%,两种方法得到的发电机效率数据相对偏差1.3%;阻力矩法优于发电机法的主要原因是外特性法发动机工作输出功率大,且发动机本身工作状态相对不稳定;基于3台试验样车使用阻力矩法进行发电机效率测试,试验验证了阻力矩是有效可行的。本研究为整车电能计算和能量流仿真提供了相关理论和试验依据。
A generator consumes an engine kinetic energy when it works,and its power generation efficiency and working point under the condition of the whole vehicle are important for matching and selecting the generator while the energy flow of the whole vehicle is considered.In this paper,two kinds of test methods,the resistance torque method and the external characteristic method,are presented based on the dynamometer for the power generation efficiency of the generator under the whole vehicle test conditions. Their corresponding test principlesaregiven,and theresultsare compared based on multiple sets of test data.The results show that the relative deviation of the resistance moment test is 0.2% from two sets of test data,and the counterpart of the external characteristic method from four sets of test data is 2.3%. The relative deviation of the generator efficiency data obtained from the two methods is 1.3%. The main reason is that the engine tested in the external characteristic method has a large output power,and the working state of the engine itself is relatively unstable. The momentof resistance method is verified effectivelyand feasibly by the generator efficiency tests in which three test samples are included. This study provides a relevant theoretical and experimental basis for the vehicle energy calculation and the energy flow distribution simulation.
