摘要
反渗透膜的使用寿命和过滤功效对反渗透纯水机有至关重要的作用。针对已有的纯水机系统反渗透膜容易堵塞堆积污垢的缺点,提出了3种冲洗反渗透膜的水路系统方案,通过试验比较这3种反冲洗方案,结果表明浓水端浓水置换方案能更切实有效地获取安全纯水,同时又能保护反渗透膜,从而节省了资源,值得推广。
The service life and filtration efficiency of RO membrane play a key role in performance of RO pure water machiner.In view of the shortcomings of existing technologies,three waterway systems for backwashing RO membrane are proposed.By comparing the three backwashing schemes based on experiments,it is proved that the scheme of replacing concentrated water at the concentrated water end can obtain safe pure water more effectively and protect RO membrane at the same time,which saves resources and is worth popularizing.
