摘要
针对高层建筑设备夹层层高较小、核心筒与内部框架柱之间距离较短以及上下建筑功能不同带来的结构设计问题,在现有设备夹层处理方法的基础上,采用滑动或者梁上立柱方法解决设备夹层层高较小带来的楼层侧向刚度、上下楼层抗剪承载力突变问题;采用连接区楼板解决核心筒和内部框架柱之间短框架梁超筋问题,并对厚板构造提出了设计建议;按照楼层数量及荷载大小加权平均方法确定活荷载标准值折减系数,以解决竖向功能分布不同活荷载折减系数问题.上述方法可供相似工程参考.
Aiming at the problems caused by the limit of the interlayer height in high-rise building,the short distance between core walls and frame columns,and the different functions of the upper and lower floors,a new method is proposed in this paper,which,based on existing equipment interlayer,sliding or beam-on-column method is adopted to solve the problem of the lateral stiffness of the floor caused by height limit of the equipment floor and the sudden change of the shear capacity of the upper and lower floors.The connection zone slab is used to solve super-gluten problem of the short frame beam between the core cylinder and the inner frame columns,and the design suggestions for the thick-slab structure are put forward.Using weighted average method,the standard value of the live load is determined according to the number of floors and the load value,to solve the problem of vertical function distribution and reduction factor.The above method can be used as a reference for similar projects.
