摘要
大肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和致死率居高不下,近年来,对大肠癌舌象的研究受到了越来越多的重视,而舌诊作为中医诊断学四诊的方法之一,已经成为诊断众多疾病证型的重要辅助手段,因此本文通过研究大肠癌中医证型中最常见湿热蕴结证的舌象,将其与微观指标相结合,使其更加规范化、客观化,有利于指导临床和实践。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system.Its morbidity and mortality remain high.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the study of tongue manifestations of colorectal cancer.Therefore,by studying the tongue signs of damp-heat syndrome in TCM syndrome of colorectal cancer,this paper combines it with microcosmic indexes to make it more standardized and objective,which is conducive to guiding clinical practice.
