刚玉-尖晶石浇注料抗热震性不同检测方法的比较与评估 被引量:3

摘要 以某大型钢包用的三种配方的刚玉-尖晶石浇注料为研究对象,分别采用目前耐火材料行业常用的三种抗热震性检测方法——水急冷法、残余抗折强度法和临界温差法测试了其抗热震性,并对所得结果的一致性、相关性和实用性进行了对比分析。结果表明:对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料来说,三种检测方法所得结果具有一致性和相关性;水急冷法的结果最不稳定,残余抗折强度法的成本最低,临界温差法是最实用的检测方法。综合考虑认为,临界温差法最适合检测刚玉-尖晶石浇注料的抗热震性,但应根据实际使用条件选择起始试验温度,并采用无损检测的方法。 This work took three types of corundum - spinel castables used in one large-scaled steel ladle as studying objects.The thermal shock resistance of the three objects was researched using water quenching method,residual modulus of rupture method and critical temperature difference method,respectively,and the consistency,the correlation and practicability of the test results were analyzed.For corundum - spinel castables,the results obtained from the three test methods are consistent and relevant.Water quenching method has the most unstable results,residual modulus of rupture method has the lowest cost,and the critical temperature difference method is the most practical.Considering all factors,the critical temperature difference method is most suitable for testing thermal shock resistance of corundum - spinel castables,the starting temperature shall be selected according to actual service conditions,and nondestructive examination method shall be adopted.
