摘要 目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化(SP法)方法检测65例CA患者皮损与30例正常皮肤表皮组织中COX-2、EGFR的表达情况,并作对照研究。结果 COX-2和EGFR在CA组织中阳性率分别为95.38%和61.54%,CA组织中COX-2和EGFR的阳性率与正常组织相比,两者间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2、EGFR在CA组织中表达均显著高于正常皮肤组,说明两者可能参与CA的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the expression expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods COX-2 and EGFR proteins were detected by Immunohistochemistry(SP method) in 65 CA tissues and30 normal skin tissues. Results COX-2 and EGFR protein positive rates were 95.38%, 61.54% in CA tissues respectively. The positive rates of COX-2 and EGFR in CA tissues were significantly different from those in normal tissues.(P < 0.05). Conclusion The expressions of COX-2 and EGFR in CA tissues were significantly higher than those in normal skin tissues, suggesting that COX-2 and EGFR may be involved in the occurrence and development of CA.
