摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引起的一种动物烈性传染病,发病率和死亡率高,是世界动物卫生组织(OIE)规定的强制报告疫病,我国将其列为一类动物疫病。由于缺乏临床可用的疫苗等预防手段,该病在非洲、东欧、北高加索、俄罗斯等范围内蔓延,并于2018年8月传入我国,对我国养猪业造成了重大经济损失。本文总结了ASFV免疫学和疫苗研究的现状,阐述了其病毒结构与蛋白功能、感染与免疫机制,分别介绍了ASFV灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、基因工程疫苗的研究进展,以期对非洲猪瘟疫苗的开发起到借鉴作用。
African swine fever(ASF)is an infectious disease caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV).ASF carries high morbidity and mortality.ASF outbreaks must be reported to the World Organization for Animal Health.Due to an absence of clinically available vaccines and other prevention measures,ASF has spread to Africa,Eastern Europe,the North Caucasus,and Russia.ASF was reported in China in August 2018,and posed a major threat to the pig industry in China.Here,we summarized the current status of immunologic protection against the ASFV and vaccine research and described the structure,protein func-tion,and mechanisms of the ASFV,the immunologic mechanisms against it,and detailed research progress in ASFV vaccines(i.e.,live attenuated and genetically engineered).
