装甲救护车实体模拟训练器设计初探 被引量:6

摘要 目的:针对装甲救护车展开训练的装备需求,设计装甲救护车实体模拟训练器,为各承训机构及部队提供相关配套模拟训练器材装备。方法:以装甲救护车车体外形与结构、车内装备及元器件组成、展收及技能操作等为依据,通过实体动静态模拟训练平台搭建,实现野战路况颠簸体感模拟、车体及舱室内装模拟、驾驶及场景模拟、急救设备器材及战伤救护训练模拟。结果:装甲救护车实体模拟器与装甲救护车实装实载呈1∶1全要素仿真,总质量不低于4t,具有与实装相当的抗压、防雨、防尘、防锈、防震等性能,预留的电路和气路接口可保障所有仪器设备正常工作运行;智能模拟人远程操控距离不小于50m;车辆驾驶、车体展收、装甲救护组展开、急救仪器设备使用操作、一线救治技术实施等流程步骤与实装操作完全一致。结论:装甲救护车实体模拟训练器作为战救专项训练用模拟装备器材,可为部队快速形成战时装甲救护机动伴随保障能力提供训练平台支撑。 Objective To develop a substantial training simulator for the armoured ambulance to facilitate the deployment training in corresponding facilities and troops. Methods Simulations of countryroad bumping, vehicle body and interior decoration, driving and scenarios as well as training of first-aid devices and casualty treatment were executed based on the studies on ambulance configuration, equipment and components, deployment and withdrawal, static and dynamic simulation of constructing the training simulator. Results The simulator realized 1∶1 all-element simulation of the ambulance, which had a total mass not less than 4 t and similar functions of counter pressure, rain proof, dust control, rust proof, shock proof and etc;the reserved interfaces with circuit and gas path facilitated normal operation of the equipment and instruments;the intelligent SimMan had the control distance not less than 50 m;the simulating procedures of driving, ambulance deployment and withdrawal, deployment of armoured treatment team, first-aid devices and front-line treatment were all the same as those in actual conditions. Conclusion The simulator can be used as a training platform for rapid development of wartime armoured accompanying support ability.
