摘要
以Fe40Cu40Co20预合金粉、Cu80Sn20预合金粉和WC粉为原料,通过真空无压烧结方法制得金刚石工具胎体样品,并采用扫描电子显微镜、洛氏硬度计、阿基米德排水法分析了预合金粉含量对样品微观形貌、硬度和相对致密度的影响。结果表明,Fe40Cu40Co20预合金粉、Cu80Sn20预合金粉和WC粉含量分别为50%、40%和10%时,样品具有最佳的综合力学性能,胎体的相对致密度和硬度分别达到94.6%和105HRB。在此基础上,探讨了最佳胎体配方条件下冷压压力及保温时间对样品力学性能的影响,研究发现冷压压力为45MPa、烧结保温时间为30min时,样品具有良好的综合力学性能。本工作可为建立金刚石工具的无压烧结方法提供前期实验探索。
In this paper,Fe 40 Cu 40 Co 20 pre-alloyed powders,Cu 80 Sn 20 pre-alloyed powders and WC powders were used as raw materials.The matrix samples of diamond tools were prepared by vacuum pressureless sintering process.Scanning electron microscope,Rockwell hardness tester and Archimedes Drainage Act were used to check the microscope,hardness and relative density of samples.And the effects of different content of pre-alloyed powders on the micro-morphology,hardness and relative density of the carcass were studied.The results showed that when the content of Fe 40 Cu 40 Co 20 pre-alloyed powder,Cu 80 Sn 20 pre-alloyed powder and WC powder was 50%,40%and 10%respectively,the overall performance of the matrix was the best.The density and hardness could reach 94.6%and 105HRB,respectively.On the basis of the best formula,the effects of different cold pressure and holding time on the mechanical properties of the matrix were studied.It was found that the matrix possessed superiority comprehensive mechanical properties when the cold pressing pressure was 45 MPa and the sintering holding time was 30 min.This work can provide preliminary experimental for the establishment of the pressureless sintering process for diamond tools.
