摘要
利率市场化加剧了银行业竞争与负债成本,使银行盈利能力遭受挑战。面对挑战,银行业务结构调整的重要性凸显。首先对利率市场化、银行盈利能力与银行业务结构三者间的理论关系进行了梳理。其次,基于描述性统计,从商业银行的负债、资产、中间业务三大业务出发,分析了利率市场化背景下我国银行业务结构的发展现状与不足之处。最后,通过调整银行业务结构来提升其盈利能力的策略,从负债、资产、中间业务三方面分别提出改进业务结构的针对性建议。
Interest rate marketization brings intensified competition in banking sector and rising debt cost, challenging the banks’ profitability. The challenge makes it important to improve business structure. This article firstly studied relationship among interest rate marketization, banks’ profitability and commercial banks’ business structure. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development status and deficiencies of China’s banking structure from three perspectives of assets, liabilities and intermediary business. On this basis, the relationship between the business structure and the profitability of commercial Banks is further explored through empirical research, increasing credibility of conclusion. Finally, suggestions about how to improve banks’ profitability by adjusting their business structure under interest rate marketization are offered.
