摘要
目的研究分析无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法对本院2013年2月至2017年2月期间收治的80例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用传统疝修补术治疗的40例患者分为对照组,采用无张力疝修补术治疗的40例患者分为观察组,对两组患者术中、术后情况作对照分析。结果观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间上均比对照组明显更短(P<0.05),术中出血量也明显比对照组少(P<0.05),术后VAS评分也明显比对照组更低(P<0.05);同时观察组并发症发生率及复发率均比对照组显著更低(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗腹股沟疝可采用无张力疝修补术治疗,其治疗效果确切,能有效缩短手术、住院时间,减少出血量,降低并发症发生率,对患者康复及生活质量的提高有着重要意义,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of tension-free herniorrhaphy for inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Forty patients treated with traditional herniorrhaphy were divided into control group and 40 patients treated with tension-free herniorrhaphy were divided into observation group. Analysis. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P< 0.05), the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the VAS score after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence and recurrence rate of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty can be used in the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia. The curative effect is definite. It can effectively shorten the operation and hospitalization time, reduce the amount of bleeding, reduce the incidence of complications. It is of great significance to the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of popularization and use.
