摘要
“群体性怨恨”是高职院校学生一个显性的心理特征,是其作为特殊弱势群体极易滋生的消极情感,具有模糊性、过程性、封闭性和普遍性等特点,对高职院校学生的身心发展产生了十分不利的影响。挫折感弥散沉积,高职院校的教育过程难以为学生提供愉悦的心理体验,职业前景被锚定于较低的社会阶层,情绪疏导工作成效不彰等是导致“群体性怨恨”产生的重要诱因。基于此,高职院校应致力于培养学生健全的人格,努力提高教育教学内在吸引力,以优质卓越来改善学生的职业发展前景,构建有效的情绪疏导体系,期望藉此减轻或消除学生的“群体性怨恨”。
"Group resentment" is a dominant psychological characteristic of students in higher vocational colleges. It is a negative emotion that is easy to breed as a special vulnerable group. It has the characteristics of ambiguity, procedurality, closure and universality, which has caused a negative impact on physical and mental development of students in higher vocational colleges. Main causes of group resentment contain frustration and deposition, the difficulty for higher vocati onal colleges to provide pleasant psychological experience to students, low career prospects, and in effective emotional court seling. Higher vocational colleges should be committed to cultivating students' sound personality, striving to improve the internal attractiveness of education and teaching, improving the career development prospects of students with high quality excellence, and constructing an effective emotional counseling system, hoping to alleviateor eliminate group resentment.
