摘要
大红山铁矿Ⅱ主矿体采用无底柱分段崩落法,分段崩落阶段运输,分期进行开采的模式,一期工程开采400~705m,二期工程开采40~400m标高矿石。在一期、二期生产接替过程中,面临一期阶段有轨运输穿脉、溜井放矿硐室影响二期首采分段过穿的问题;为确保一二期工程顺利衔接,避免出现爆破悬顶的工程问题,根据公司现有技术条件,优化中深孔布置方式,采用安全可靠的特殊中深孔布孔工艺进行处理,顺利解决了上述问题,对类似矿山具有一定的借鉴意义。
The main ore body of Dahongshan iron mine Ⅱ adopts the sublevel caving without boltompillar,the sub-level collapse stage transportation,and the mining mode in stages.The first-stage project is 400-705 m,and the second-stage project is 40-400 mhigh ore.In the process of production replacement in the first and second phases,it is faced with the problem of the first phase of the rail transit and the mine discharge chamber,which affects the second-stage first-stage over-wearing;to ensure the smooth connection of the first and second phases,avoid the blasting ceiling.According to the company’s existing technical conditions,the medium-deep hole layout is optimized,and the special medium-deep hole hole hole process is adopted for safe and reliable treatment;the above problems are solved smoothly.It has certain reference significance for similar mines.
