适航货船通航泉州湾跨海大桥水域风险评价

摘要 借鉴工程学中的综合安全评价体系方法,从"人机环境"系统方法论出发,采用头脑风暴法,通过专家访谈、问卷调查等方式,确立了适航的货船通航泉州湾跨海大桥主通航孔的互相独立的危险指标,并由这些危险指标为总框架构建其子危险指标.利用层次分析法对各个指标进行权重分析计算出各个子危险指标的权重系数,又根据权重系数总结出船舶通航泉州湾跨海大桥的主要的危险因素及关键性的操作. Based on the method of formal safety assessment methodology(FSA) and the methodology of MMESE man-machine environment system(MMESE man-machine environment system),this study establishes seaworthy ship navigation by brainstorming,expert interviews and questionnaires.The independent hazard indices of the main navigable holes of Quanzhou Bay Bridge are constructed as sub-hazard indices.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to calculate the weight coefficients of each sub-risk index.According to the weight coefficient,the main risk factors and key operation of the Quanzhou Bay Bridge are summarized.
