摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定当棍西瓦丸中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为:Inertsil ODS-4柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83);检测波长为316.0nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温:35℃。结果:阿魏酸进样量线性范围0.02402~0.3603μg内浓度与峰面积关系良好(r=0.99998),平均加样回收率为99.3%。RSD=1.1%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确性好,可用于当棍西瓦丸中阿魏酸的质控。
Object ive:To e stablish an HPLC method for determination of Ferulic Acid in Danggunxiwa Pill.Methods:The column was Inertsil ODS-4(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution(17∶83)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 316.0 nm,column temperature:35℃.Results:The linear range of Ferulic Acid was 0.02402 ~0.3603μg(r =0.99998)and the average recovery rate was 99.3%,RSD =1.1%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and accurate.It could be used for the quality control of Danggunxiwa Pill.
