摘要
随着纳米技术的推广,纳米材料出现在人们生活中的各个方面。人类在利用纳米材料所带来的便利的同时,也注意到纳米材料对人健康产生的潜在危害。本文通过归纳总结国内外研究报道,综述了纳米氧化锌在食品中的应用,并介绍了纳米氧化锌的毒性效应和毒性的作用机制,展望了今后的研究发展趋势,以期为纳米氧化锌在食品中的研究与应用提供参考。
With the promotion of nano technology, nano materials appear in all aspects of people’s life. Meanwhile,the use of nano materials also trigger the potential hazards to human health. The paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research reports, reviews the application of nanometer zinc oxide in food, introduces the toxicity effect and its mechanism of the new nanometer material,prospects the development trend of research in the future,which aims to provide reference for the research and application of nano zinc oxide in food.
