摘要
对超低本底多丝正比室的结构优化进行模拟设计,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对正比室内部结构进行建模.SRIM软件计算a粒子射程.Garfield程序模拟次级电子在不同参数设置的正比室中的漂移轨迹。模拟结果表明,优化后的正比室可以对不同入射方向的α粒子进行筛选,有效抑制了来自探测器的本底干扰,得到最优的正比室结构设计参数。
This paper carries out a simulation study on structure optimization of ultra low background multi-wire proportional counter( ULBMWPC), which uses finite element analysis software, ANSYS, for modeling the proportional chamber, and uses SRIM software to calculate the iron range, and uses Garfield to simulate the trajectory of secondary electron in the proportional chamber, which is set in different parameters. Simulation results show that the optimal proportional chamber can filter alpha particle from the different incident direction, thus effectively inhibiting detector background and getting the optimal parameters of ULBMWPC.
