摘要
目的:观察麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效及其对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)及转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)水平的影响。方法:将80例KOA患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组口服双醋瑞因胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上联合麝香乌龙丸。比较两组患者治疗前后IL-1、TNF-α、TGF-β水平及Lequesne指数、WOMAC指数变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后Lequesne指数及WOMAC骨关节炎指数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后IL-1、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,TGF-β水平高于治疗前,观察组IL-1、TNF-α水平低于对照组,TGF-β水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊能减轻KOA的临床症状、改善关节功能,可能与降低IL-1和TNF-α水平及提高TGF-β水平相关。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Wulong Pill( SXWLP) combined with Diacetryne Capsules on knee osteoarthritis( KOA) and the influence on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha( TNF-α),interleukin-1( IL-1) and transforming growth factor-beta( TGF-β). Methods: Eighty KOA patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Diacetryne Capsules for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were treated with SXWLP on the basis of the control group. The levels of IL-1,TNF-TNF-α,TGF-β,Lequesne index and WOMAC index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The Lequesne index and WOMAC Osteoarthritis index of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-1 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the levels of TGF-βwere higher than those before the treatment. The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those before the treatment,while the level of TGF-βwas higher than that before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: SXWLP combined with Diacetryne Capsules has a remarkable efficacy on KOA,can alleviate the joint symptoms and improve the joint function,which may be related to the decrease of IL-1 and TNF-αlevel and the increase of TGF-βlevel.
