摘要
“互联网+政治”形态的发展,对我国政治文化和政治发展提出了新的课题。网络社会及其在此基础上派生的网络文化与技术理性,对人的存在方式与价值理念造成改变与重塑。网络文化对网民的政治参与行为既产生了积极的影响,又对我国主流意识形态的认同提出了严峻的挑战。对此我们必须要适应互联网+时代中国特色社会主义文化发展要求,加快建立法制管理、技术创新与道德自律相结合的网络文化应对机制,以保障我国主流意识形态主导地位的健康发展。
Development of the “Internet + Politics” pattern has posed new topics for China′s political culture and political development. Network society, and network culture and technical rationality derived on such a basis have changed and even reshaped people′s way of existence, mode of thinking and values. On the one hand, network culture has positively influenced netizens’ political participation;on the other hand, it has presented serious challenges to the recognition of the mainstream ideology. Therefore, we must meet the requirements of the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the Internet + era and accelerate the establishment of a network culture development paths integrated with legal management, moral self-discipline and technical innovation, so that the construction of the mainstream ideology may enjoy healthy and harmonious development in the context of network culture.
