摘要
产教融合背景下实现双创人才培养的有效途径是完善双创教育体系,强化产教融合;完善双创教育服务平台建设,促进双创成果转化;完善双创培训工作,提升学生双创能力;政府加大支持力度,拓宽合作渠道;建立良好合作机制,保证校企合作的持久性。阐述了校企合作的具体内容,如共同设置专业,共同建立实训基地,共同提高师资力量。
This paper introduces the effective ways to realize the cultivation of double-creative talents under the background of integration of industry and education,such as perfecting the system of double-creative education,strengthening the integration of industry and education,perfecting the construction of double-creative education service platform,promoting the transformation of double-creative achievements,perfecting double-creative training work,improving students’ double-creative ability,increasing government support,broadening cooperation channels,establishing good cooperation mechanism and ensuring school-enterprise cooperation. It expounds the concrete contents of school-enterprise cooperation,such as jointly setting up specialties,jointly establishing training bases and jointly improving teachers’ strength.
