摘要
基于胜任力理论,通过问卷访谈和文本收集方法,对面试程序、面试形式及试题内容、面试考官专业水平等方面进行调研。针对调研结果,在胜任力理论的指导下提出改进建议,即完善面试的组织管理,丰富面试形式及试题内容,培训并组建高素质的面试考官队伍,通过多方面评价提高教师招录面试的公平性和有效性。
Based on the competency theory,through questionnaire interviews and text collection methods,it investigates the interview procedure,interview form,examination content and the professional level of the interviewer. According to the results of the survey,under the guidance of competency theory,some suggestions are put forward to improve the organization and management of the interview,enrich the interview form and content,train and set up a high-quality team of interviewers,and improve the fairness and effectiveness of the teacher recruitment interview through various evaluations.
