摘要
现代科研院所建设涉及资源、机制、人才等多方面因素,科学、合理、高效的科研评价体系是其中的重要部分。文章就现代科研院所科研评价涉及的主体与客体、任务分工、工作流程、指标体系等提出具体建议,对构建绩效评价体系做出初步尝试。
The construction of modern scientific research institutes involves many aspects such as resources, mechanism and talents, and the scientific, reasonable and efficient scientific evaluation system is an important part of it. In this paper, specific suggestions were put forward on subject and object, task division, work flow and index system involved in scientific evaluation of modern institutes, and a preliminary attempt was made to build an evaluation system.
