摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑与富马酸喹硫平联合使用治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法将收治的186例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按治疗方案的不同分为3组,每组62例。A组使用阿立哌唑治疗,B组使用富马酸喹硫平治疗,C组使用阿立哌唑联合富马酸喹硫平治疗,比较3组临床疗效、CGI评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 C组治疗总有效率明显高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组CGI评分改善显著优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组均有多种类型的不良反应情况发生,但不良反应发生率经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效较好,可有效改善症状,促进康复,且安全性可控,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of aripiprazole combined with quetiapine fumarate on schizophrenia. Methods A total of 186 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted and treated in our hospital were enrolled in thestudy,who were divided into three groups according to different treatment schemes, with 62 patients in each group. The patients in group A were treated by aripiprazole,and the patients in group B were treated by quetiapine fumarate,and the patients in group C were treated by aripiprazole combined with quetiapine fumarate. The clinical efficacy, CGI score and adverse reactions were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The CGI scores in group C were superior to those in group A and those in group B(P<0.05).There were many types of adverse reactions in the three groups, there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of aripiprazole combined with quetiapine fumarate on schizophrenia are satisfactory,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms, promote rehabilitation,with good safety,therefore,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
