摘要 提出了一种应用于太阳能光伏系统的新型双向DC-DC变换器,引入了辅助开关管、辅助电容、辅助电感和辅助二极管等器件组成的有源缓冲辅助电路。变换器分为Boost工作模式和Buck工作模式,每个工作模式均有8个模态,对变换器的工作状态进行了分析。整个双向DC-DC变换器中主开关管能够实现ZVS,辅助开关管能够实现ZCS,减小了系统的开关损耗,提高了整体效率。有源缓冲电路解决了主开关管寄生二极管反向恢复问题,减小了系统的噪声,进一步提升了变换器的效率。通过实验仿真,验证了系统的准确性与可靠性。 Novel bidirectional DC-DC converter for solar photovoltaic system is proposed. An active buffer auxiliary circuit composed of auxiliary switch, auxiliary capacitance, auxiliary inductor and auxiliary diode is introduced. Converter is divided into two modes as Boost mode and Buck mode, with 8 states for each one. Working state of converter is analyzed. ZVS in main switch and ZCS in auxiliary switch are realized in the whole bidirectional DC-DC converter, which reduce the switching loss and improve overall efficiency. Reverse recovery problem of parasitic diode of main switch is solved by the active buffer circuit, which reduce the noise of the system and improve the efficiency of the converter. Accuracy and reliability of the system are verified by experimental simulation.
