摘要
目前,国家大力提倡节能、减排,对于汽车制造企业来说最有效的措施之一是整车的轻量化设计。轻量化的关键方向在于底盘零部件的铝合金化。文章论述了铝合金底盘轻量化应用现状,重点介绍了汽车底盘铝合金产品的轻量化成型工艺、产品及发展趋势,为汽车底盘铝合金轻量化设计提供参考。
At present, energy saving and emission reduction were vigorously advocates in China. One of the most effective measures for the automobile manufacturers of China is the lightweight design of the whole vehicle. The key direction of lightweight is aluminum alloying of chassis parts. This paper the application status of aluminium alloy chassis lightweight was described, the lightweight forming process, products and development trend of automobile chassis aluminium alloy products were intruduced emphatically, which provides reference for the lightweight design of automobile chassis aluminium alloy.
