摘要 目的:从文献计量学角度分析并了解2000年至2018年以来全球胜任力教育的现状及发展趋势。方法:检索WebofScience数据库核心合集中的相关文献,使用R语言加载Bibliometrix工具包,对纳入文献的外部特征及研究内容进行归纳分析。结果:一共检索出相关文献284篇。文献量随时间平稳增长。美国在该研究领域的论文量具有绝对领先优势,其次是加拿大。刊载研究文献最多的期刊是MedicalTeacher、AcademicMedicine。发文量最多的研究机构是加拿大渥太华大学、多伦多大学、密歇根大学。胜任力教育领域研究的内容集中在医学教育、胜任力模型、教学方法的创新、课程的改革以及评价方法的多样化。结论:美国和加拿大是该研究领域的国家,我国在该领域的研究还相对较为滞后,可以在胜任力模型、教学方法、课程改革以及评价方法创新等各方面多借鉴欧美的经验,推进我国胜任力教育的发展。 Objective:To understand the current situation of the development trend of competency-based education worldwide by using bibliometric analysis. Methods: All publications were searched in databases web of Science core-collection. Using R Language to install Bibliometrix package, then screening and analysis were performed according to the external features of literature and research contents. Results: A total of 284 relevant literatures were retrieved. The amount of literature increased steadily with time. The United States has an absolute advantage in the volume of papers in this field, followed by Canada. Medical Teacher and Academic Medicine are the journals that publish the most research literature. University of Ottawa, University of Toronto and The University of Michigan were the top three institutions which published the most papers. The research in the field of competency education focuses on medical education, competency model, innovation of teaching methods, curriculum reform and diversification of evaluation methods. Conclusions: The United States and the Canada are the top two countries in this field. The academic influence of China in this field needs to be improved by learning from them on the competency models, teaching methods, curriculum reform and evaluation methods innovation.
