摘要
炼化企业燃煤自备电厂是伴随主业发展同步配套建设、运营的热电联产机组,在炼化装置的安稳生产、降本增效、节能减排等方面发挥了重要作用。随着国民经济的发展,在国家能源转型建设生态文明和电力行业生产过剩供给侧结构性改革的大环境下,燃煤自备电厂的转型发展已势在必行,特别是在环保重点区域。燃煤自备电厂应积极调整能源结构,主动探索布局氢能相关应用,加强企地联合和携手合资合作,实现共赢发展,打造清洁高效的综合能源供给体系,建设绿色节能合规的自备电厂。
The coal-fired self-supplied power plant of the refining and chemical enterprise is a cogeneration unit that is built and operated synchronously with the development of the main business. It plays an important role in the stable production, cost reduction and efficiency increasing, and energy conservation and emission reduction of the refining and chemical plant. With the development of the national economy, the coal-fired self-supplied power plant is under the circumstance of the national energy transformation and construction of ecological civilization and the excessive supply-side structural reform of the power industry, so transformational development is imperative, especially in key environmental protection areas. Coal-fired self-supplied power plants should actively adjust the energy structure, actively explore the application of hydrogen energy-related applications, strengthen the joint efforts of enterprises and local governments to work together to achieve win-win development, create a clean and efficient integrated energy supply system, so as to build anenvironmental friendly,energy conservative and compliantself-sufficient power plant.
