一种宽带高增益圆极化天线阵

摘要 提出了一种新型宽带高增益圆极化天线阵。辐射单元天线由圆形辐射贴片与双馈点馈电网络组成,通过加载圆形金属片实现电容耦合馈电。一体化网络由相差90°的威尔金森功分器和带状线-波导转换组成,与前端波导直连。该天线采用LTCC工艺加工,具有体积小、稳定性高、易集成等优点。在20~24GHz频率范围内具有良好的阻抗特性(驻波小于2)和辐射方向图特性(典型增益高达5.5dBi,±45°范围内轴比<6dB),并且通过旋转组阵的设计能进一步改善法向轴比,大大地提高了微带天线的实际应用性。 A design of novel wideband circular polarized antenna array is proposed. This antenna unit is composed by a circular radiational patch printed on the top of the substrate and the feed network with dual feeds,which is excited by capacitive coupling coming from the loaded circular patch. The integrative network is composed by Wilkinson power divider with 90° phase difference and equiamplitude and the transform from the stripline to the wave-guide, which is connected to the wave-guide of front end. With LTCC technology of machining,the advantages such as a little bulk, a high stability and an easy integration are achieved. The antenna has good characters of VSWR and radiation pattern when working in the frequency of 20~24 GHz. The typical gain level at about 5.5 dBi and the axial ratio is less than 6 dB between the ranges of ±45° in the space. The axial ratio can be improved by rotating array, which improving the practical application of the microstrip antenna greatly.
