摘要
近些年来,少数高职院校存在一种现象:学生进了高职院校基本上都能毕业,不存在淘汰谁,学生觉得学不学习都无所谓;学生"混学",教师"混教",毕业时学校组织几次"清考""放水",让课程不合格学生轻轻松松地都能顺利毕业。这种"宽出"做法严重降低了高职院校人才培养质量,导致社会和用人企业对高职院校培养的毕业生认可度降低,高职毕业生服务社会经济社会发展的水平和能力也大幅下降,与国家对高职人才的大量需求和高素质要求之间的差距越来越大。因此,高职院校应从注重数量向质量转变,提高人才培养质量,坚持"严出"机制。尝试对难以"严出"的原因进行分析,探讨实行"严出"的对策,以期为高职院校提高人才培养质量提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years, a certain phenomenon has happened in a few higher vocational colleges: students are sure to get graduated without worrying about being knocked out no matter what. It doesn't make a difference whether students work hard or not. Both students and teachers make no efforts in teaching as well as in studying. Even those who have failed in certain subjects are able to get their diplomas easily after some so-called Qing Tests (final clear examinations). This way of "Easy Out" has greatly reduced talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, which also leads to the lower recognition of vocational college graduates from the society and employers, along with the declining level and ability of higher vocational college serving the economy and social development, compared with heavy demands for high quality vocational college graduates from the country. Thus, higher vocational colleges should focus on quality instead of quantity, improve talent cultivation and stick to "Strict Out" system. By analyzing reasons of "Easy Out", try to explore strategies of "Strict Out", hoping to provide references for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
