摘要
为弥补农村、乡镇地图空缺,促进农村、乡镇经济发展,提升社会管理和综合治理等服务水平,本文研究了制图模板类型和制图标准制定流程,制定了要素提取、标注设置、地图模板制定等制图标准。村镇地图填补了地名地址数据空白,突出了乡镇独有地物特征,解决了村镇地理信息数据空缺的问题;“一村一镇一地图”建设将测绘地理信息服务与应用延伸至广大农村、乡镇,对农村和乡镇建设规划、应急指挥具有指导作用。
In order to make up for the lack of maps in rural areas and towns, to promote the economic development in rural areas and villages, and to improve social management and comprehensive management, drawing template type and mapping standard making process are studied. And drawing criteria such as extraction of elements, labels setting and map template formulation are formulated. The map of village and town makes up for the blank of the place name and address data, the unique features of the town and village are prominent, and the problem of the vacancy of geographic information data is solved. The construction of "one town one village one map" has enabled the mapping and geographic information service and application to extend to the vast rural areas and towns, so that the construction planning and emergency command of rural areas and towns are guided.
