摘要
石英矿中硅的含量多少决定着石英矿品质的高低,其测量具有重要意义。利用能量色散X射线荧光分析法(EDXRF)测量了石英矿中硅含量。采用间接测量的方法,利用化学反应,将石英矿中的硅元素转化成硅酸锌沉淀,经过过滤、烘干、压片等过程,利用能量色散X射线荧光分析仪测量分析沉淀物中的锌元素含量,再根据Si与Zn转换的定量关系得到硅元素的含量。避免了利用EDXRF直接测量轻元素时的不足,具有步骤简单、操作方便和时间短的特点。测量结果样品中硅元素含量为43.18%,相对标准偏差为0.25%,与重量法检测结果比较显示出较好的一致性。该测量方法为EDXRF的拓展应用和石英矿中硅含量的检测提供了一种新的、方便快捷的选择方案。
In this paper,the silicon content in quartz ore was measured by EDXRF. The content of silicon in quartz ore determines the quality of quartz ore, and its measurement is of great significance. The silicon in quartz ore hed been converted into zinc silicate precipitation by indirect measurement of chemical reaction. After filtration, drying, tableting, the content of zinc in sediment was measured and analyzed by EDXRF. The content of silicon element can be obtained according to the quantitative relationship between Si and Zn. It avoids the shortcomings of measuring the light elements by EDXRF directly. And it has the characteristics of simple steps, convenient operation and short time. The content of silicon is obtained. The measured result of silicon content in the sample was 43.18%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.25%. Compared with the result of Gravimetric method, it shows good consistency. It provides a new convenient choice for the application of EDXRF and the detection of silicon content in quartz ore.
