燃烧工况变化对700℃验证试验平台影响分析

摘要 700℃验证试验平台水冷试件和过热试件安装在炉内,机组升降负荷、制粉系统启停、水冷壁和过热器吹灰等炉内燃烧工况变化,对水冷试件、过热试件的热交换有影响,700℃验证试验平台存在安全隐患。主要分析炉内燃烧工况变化对700℃验证试验平台炉内部件影响,为运行人员进行温度控制和异常情况处理提供参考。 The water-cooled specimens and overheated specimens are installed in the furnace on 700 ℃verification test platform.The unit load rising and falling,the pulverizing system starting and stopping,the water-cooled wall and the superheater soot blowing and variation of combustion condition in furnace.It The heat exchange of the overheated specimen causes different degrees of influence, which affecting the safety of the platform test.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the combustion condition change on the components in the platform furnace.It provides the reference for the operators to control the temperature and to deal with the abnormal conditions.
