摘要 对连铸板坯钢水静压力引起的鼓肚变形问题,应用ANSYS有限元软件,模拟了连铸板坯凝固过程,得出了铸坯的温度场和坯壳厚度,在此基础之上,建立了鼓肚变形的有限元模型,分析了鼓肚变形规律,讨论了辊距、拉坯速度对鼓肚的影响,为连铸机的设计和工艺参数的选定提供一定的参考。 This paper focus on the bulging caused by the ferrostatic pressure in casting slab,it simulates the solidification process of continuous casting by the finite element software ANSYS,and got the temperature field and solid shell thickness.Based on the simulation,the finite element model of the bulging was established,the bulging law was analyzed,the influences of bulging such as the casting speed and the space between rolls were investigated,the reference was offered for the design of the CCM and the selection of the technological parameters.
