摘要
目的:了解临床医学生对医疗执业环境的评价,探索与职业认同的关系。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法对武汉和广东各一所医学院校医学生进行自编问卷调查。结果:医学生对医疗执业环境的评价得分为1.18±0.38,其中评分最末两位是舆论环境(1.14)与工作环境(0.99)。医学生的职业认同平均得分为2.04±0.70。回归分析结果,从医原因(P<0.05)、医学生对社会环境评价(P<0.05)和制度环境评价(P<0.05)对职业认同有正向影响。结论:临床医学生对医疗执业环境评价较低,职业认同中等偏上。改善社会环境和制度环境有助于提高医学生的职业认同。
Objective:To understand the medical students'evaluation of the practice environment and their professional identity and to analyze the correlation between the medical practice environment evaluation and professional identity.Methods:The medical students in Wuhan and Guangdong were surveyed by the self-compiled questionnaire.Results:The medical students scored 1.18±0.38 on the medical practice environment,with public opinion environment(1.14)and occupational environment(0.99)scoring the lowest.The average score of medical students'professional identity was 2.04±0.70.Regression analysis showed that medical causes(P<0.05),medical students'evaluation of social environment(P<0.05)and institutional environment(P<0.05)had positive effects on their professional identity.Conclusion:The clinical medical students have a lower evaluation of medical practice environment and a higher professional identity.The improvement of social environment and institutional environment can help improve the professional identity of medical students.
