摘要
大数据技术下,档案馆档案利用管理以服务为导向,是档案馆档案利用管理的重要基础和依托,在促进档案馆可持续发展方面具有不可替代的作用,能够有效促进档案馆用户档案管理的科学化。由此需要根据档案馆的实际情况,面向用户行为、需求,完善档案数字化分类表,建立高质量数字化工作服务平台,分析、挖掘用户档案信息,提升用户检索方式。
Under the big data technology,it is an important basis for archives institutions to conduct service-oriented archives utilization and management,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the sustainable development of archives and effectively promoting scientific management of user archives.Therefore,based on the actual situation of the archives,it is necessary to improve the digitized classification table of archives according to user behaviors and needs,establish a high-quality digitized service platform,analyze and excavate user archives information,and improve user search methods.
