摘要
血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)是一种能从整体上动态评价凝血和纤溶过程的检测手段,能够真实、全面地反映妊娠期妇女凝血功能的变化。临床上常见的病理产科包括产后出血、羊水栓塞、妊娠高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期脂肪肝、HELLP综合征及各种栓塞性疾病等,均存在出血、栓塞等凝血功能紊乱。TEG在一定程度上可以弥补传统凝血实验室检查的不足,在少见且复杂的妊娠相关疾病的处理过程中,相比传统凝血实验室检查更敏感、有效,能为临床决策提供更为精准的评估凝血状态的指标,有利于对产科并发症起到早期诊断、早期治疗,在产科及产科并发症中有广阔的应用前景。
Thrombusastography(TEG)is a means of dynamically evaluating coagulation and fibrinolysis as a whole,and can truly and comprehensively reflect changes in coagulation function in pregnant women.Clinically common pathological obstetrics include postpartum hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,pregnancy-induced hypertension,gestational diabetes,fatty liver during pregnancy,HELLP syndrome,and various embolic diseases,all involving bleeding disorders,embolism and other coagulation disorders.To a certain extent,TEG can make up for the lack of traditional coagulation laboratory tests.It is more sensitive and effective in the treatment of rare and complicated pregnancy-related diseases than traditional coagulation laboratory tests,and can provide a more accurate assessment of coagulation status in clinical decision-making,which is conducive to early diagnosis and early treatment of obstetric complications,and has broad application prospects in obstetrics and obstetric complications.
