摘要
目的观察外周血血脂指标对妊娠期间胎儿先心病发生率的影响。方法选取2017年5月~2018年5月在我院进行孕检及分娩的妊娠女性60例,其中25例胎儿存在先天性心脏病作为研究组,另外35例作为对照组,测定两组甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、空腹血糖(fastingplasmaglucose,FPG)及胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)的水平,采用Spearman相关性分析血脂及血糖指标与胎儿先天性心脏病的相关性。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在空腹血糖和胰岛素抵抗指数上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与胎儿先天性心脏病的发病呈显著正相关性。结论外周血低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与妊娠期间胎儿先天性心脏病的发病具有一定的正相关性。
Objective To investigate the effect of peripheral blood lipids on the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease during pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy test and were delivered in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected.Among them,25 cases had congenital heart disease and were set as the study group and 35 cases were set as the control group.Triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)were detected.The correlation between blood lipids,blood glucose levels and fetal congenital heart disease was analyzed by Spearman.Results Compared with that of the control group,the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly positively correlated with the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease.Conclusion Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in peripheral blood has a positive correlation with the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease during pregnancy.
