摘要
由于我国智能建筑行业起步较晚及该系统专业性较强,在建筑质量后期运营管理阶段系统功能出现问题时往往较难解决,这就给我们智能建筑工程施工质量提出了更高的要求。结合笔者近年来的施工经验,首先总结我国现阶段智能建筑行业施工过程中较为常见的质量通病,在此基础上,提出有效的防治措施。
Because of the late start of the intelligent building industry in China and the strong professionalism of the system,In the later stage of construction quality operation and management,it is often difficult to solve the system function problems.This puts forward higher requirements for the construction quality of our intelligent building project.This paper combines the author’s construction experience in recent years.Firstly,it summarizes the common quality defects in the construction process of intelligent building industry in China at present.On this basis,effective prevention and control measures are put forward.
