摘要
在绿色建筑理念中,全寿命周期理论对绿色建筑成本控制起着至关重要的作用。根据全寿命周期下的绿色建筑的特性,对其存在的问题进行剖析并提出相应对策,为全寿命周期下绿色建筑的成本控制提供一种新的途径。
In the concept of green architecture,the concept of green building has been put forward in our country.Life cycle theory plays a vital role in the cost control of green building.According to the characteristics of green buildings in life cycle,this paper analyses the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which provides a new way for cost control of green buildings in life cycle.
