摘要 目的从新安装的离心机故障并排除这一维修实例出发,提出降低新安装医疗故障率的课题。方法根据PDCA(PlanDo-Check-Action,PDCA)循环法,通过确立目标、查找末端因素、确定要因、制定对策、对策实施、效果检验、巩固提升等步骤来解决问题。结果通过针对性的措施,新安装医疗设备故障率由18.1%降至3.6%。结论我院新安装医疗设备故障率高主要由于电力品质差、医护人员操作不当、供水水压过低、设备本身存在问题以及漏电保护能力差这五个要因;运用PDCA循环法,可以高效率高水平地解决医疗设备领域的实际问题。 Objective Starting from an example of maintenance about newly installed centrifuge, this paper puts forward a topic of reducing the failure rate of newly installed armamentarium. Methods According to plan-do-check-action(PDCA) method,the problem was solved by establishing the goal, finding out the end factors, determining the cause, formulating and implementing countermeasures, checking the effect, consolidating and upgrading. Results Through targeted measures, the failure rate of newly installed armamentaria decreased from 18.1% to 3.6%. Conclusion The high failure rate of newly installed armamentaria in our hospital is mainly caused by five facts: poor power quality, improper operation, low water pressure, equipments themselves and poor leakage protection capability. Using PDCA method can solve problems in the field of medical equipment efficiently.
