摘要
目的构建一种可提升用户主观幸福感的积极设计模型。方法以文献研究为基础,通过理论分析法,界定用户主观幸福感的概念,提取积极体验设计需求,揭示主观幸福感评价要素;通过理论模型法,构建基于用户体验地图的积极设计模型;通过实践验证法,运用设计案例进行实证。结论总结了观察体验、分析体验、塑造体验、评估体验的设计方法,并得出了提升用户主观幸福感的积极设计模型,即通过观察体验,归纳出幸福曲线,并描绘用户的幸福愿景;通过分析体验,提取幸福因子;通过塑造体验,实现幸福要素可视化;通过评估体验,评价其在愉悦设计、个人意义、人生美德等方面的价值。有助于设计师利用积极设计模型,从事提升用户主观幸福感相关的设计。
The work aims to build a positive design model that can improve the subjective well-being of users.Based on literature research,the concept of user’s subjective well-being was defined through theoretical analysis method,the design factors of positive experience were extracted and the evaluation elements of subjective well-being were revealed.Through theoretical modeling method,the positive design model based on user experience map was constructed and verified by the design case through experimental verification method.The design method of observing experience,analyzing experience,shaping experience and evaluating experience is summarized,and the positive design model is proposed to enhance users’subjective well-being,that is,through observing experience,the well-being curve is summarized and users’vision of well-being is described.Well-being factors are extracted via analyzing experience.The visualization of well-being elements is realized through shaping experience.The value of pleasure,personal significance,and virtue is evaluated by evaluating experience.Designers can use the positive design model to improve users’subjective well-being via design activities.
