摘要
为了应对重大电力事故,及时掌握现场灾情并实时进行应急指挥,解决野外作业和电力应急通信的问题,本文利用国产新型移动通信卫星技术,设计出了一种基于天通和北斗双卫星的电力应急终端,详细阐述了终端的系统方案设计、硬件设计和软件设计,并描述了其应用环境和测试结果。该终端实现了卫星电话、北斗定位导航、卫星数据传输的一体化,提高了应急指挥调度的实时通信能力,有助于保障应急任务及时、高效地进行,达到应急资源合理高效优化配置的目的。
In order to cope with major power accidents,grasp the on-site disasters situation and conduct emergency command in time,and solve problems of field operation and power emergency communication,In this paper,a power emergency terminal based on tiantong and beidou is designed by using the domestic new mobile satellite communication technology.The system design,hardware design and software design of the terminal are showed in detail,and its application environment and test results are also described.The terminal realizes the integration of satellite phone,beidou navigation and satellite data transmission,improves the real-time communication capability of emergency command and scheduling,which is helpful to guarantee the timely and efficient implementation of emergency tasks and achieve the purpose of reasonable and efficient allocation of emergency resource.
