摘要
岱海电厂汽轮机改造项目是由上海汽轮机厂设计生产制造的首个将主、再热进汽由亚临界参数提升到超超临界参数的项目。介绍了改造方案中将轴系两个低压转子轴承间跨距由原来5740mm改为6000mm后的轴系找中分析情况,并将三种轴系找中方案与改造前轴系找中情况做对比。研究结果表明,轴系分析时可以采用亚临界机组特点的计算模型,在得到理想标高后对个别轴承标高做局部调整,以满足改造后轴系找中设计要求。研究成果可为其他改造项目的轴系分析提供参考。
The steam turbine retrofit of Daihai power plant is the first project designed and manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Plant to raise the main and reheat steam from sub-critical parameters to ultra-supercritical parameters. Analysis on shafting alignment after changing the span between two low pressure rotor bearings of shafting from 5 740 mm to 6 000 mm was conducted, and three shafting alignment schemes were then compared with the former shafting schemes. The results show that the calculation model with sub-critical unit characteristics can be used in shafting analysis, so that the bearing elevation can be locally adjusted to meet the design requirements of shafting alignment after the ideal elevation is obtained. The research results can provide reference for shafting analysis in other unit retrofit projects.
