摘要
本文首先介绍了信号传输领域专利申请的范围和特点,分析了该领域发明专利的检索难点。针对该领域的两类典型权利要求,即较长的方法类权利要求和涉及电路结构的装置类权利要求,提出了相应的检索策略,并通过具体案例对如何准确提取关键词进行了分析,提出了一些可实际操作的检索技巧。
Firstly, the range and characteristics of patent applications in the field of signal transmission are introduced, and the difficulties in searching of invention patents in this field are analyzed. Then, in view of two typical claims in this field, i.e., lengthy claims in method type and claims in device type involving circuit structure, the corresponding searching strategies are put forward, and how to extractaccurate key words is analyzed through two specific cases, and some practical searching techniques are proposed.
