摘要
无论从党和国家、高校教育的发展,还是从联合培养研究生自身的综合素质提升来看,高校联合培养研究生的党建工作都是教育培养工作中的重中之重。文章从分析高校联合培养研究生党建工作的现状,剖析存在的问题,主要从建立完善的党建工作机制、建立创新型稳固的基层党支部和开展具有实效性的党组织生活等方面给予相关建议,以促进高校联合培养研究生的党建工作顺利正常的开展。
Whether from the perspective of the development of the Party, the country and the higher education, or in terms of the comprehensive quality advance of co-cultivated postgraduates, the Party-building work of these students is supposed to be the top priority among their cultivation. This paper analyzes the current situation of the Party-building work of co-cultivated postgraduate, and dissects its problems. Based on the situation and the problems, the paper finally provides some suggestions, mainly including putting the optimized mechanism in place, establishing innovation-oriented solid Party branch and implementing effective organizational activities, so as to promote the smooth operation of the normal Party-building work of co-cultivated postgraduates in colleges and universities.
