摘要
目的探讨复方甲硝唑克林霉素乳膏联合异维A酸治疗轻中度面部寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法选取医院收治的轻中度面部寻常型痤疮患者219例,随机分为观察组(109例)和对照组(110例),对照组采用甲硝唑乳膏联合异维A酸治疗,观察组采用复方甲硝唑克林霉素乳膏联合异维A酸治疗,均治疗4周。结果剔除13例,观察组纳入102例,对照组纳入104例;治疗2周和4周后,两组的皮损总数及粉刺、丘疹数量均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组的脓疱数量均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组的皮损总数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周和4周后,两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后的总有效率为88.24%,较对照组的83.65%无明显差异(χ^2=0.894,P>0.05);痊愈率为31.37%,较对照组的17.31%差异显著(χ^2=5.542,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无明显差异(χ^2=0.640,P>0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑克林霉素乳膏联合异维A酸治疗轻中度面部寻常型痤疮安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole and Clindamycin Cream combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of mild-to-moderate facial acne vulgaris.Methods Totally 219 patients with mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(109 cases)and the control group(110 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with Metronidazole Cream combined with isotretinoin,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Compound Metronidazole and Clindamycin Cream combined with isotretinoin.All the patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results After 13 cases were excluded,there were 102 cases in the observation group and 104 cases in the control group.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the total number of skin lesions,the number of acne and papules in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the number of pustules was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After4 weeks of treatment,the total number of skin lesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%,which had no significant difference compared with 83.65%of the control group(χ^2=20.894,P>0.05),the cure rate of the observation group was 31.37%,which was significantly different from 17.31%of the control group(χ^2=25.542,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.640,P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Metronidazole and Clindamycin Cream combined with isotretinoin is safe and effective in the treatment of mild-to-moderate facial acne vulgaris.
